Agreement to Terms
By booking our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

California Steam Co. provides professional cleaning services including, but not limited to:

- Upholstery cleaning
- Area rug cleaning
- Stone and tile cleaning
- Grout sealing
- Mattress cleaning
- Patio furniture cleaning
- Boat salon cleaning
- Commercial cleaning services
Booking and Appointments
Scheduling
Appointments can be scheduled through our website, by phone at (714) 922-5653 , or by email at [email protected] . All appointments are subject to availability.
Confirmation
All bookings will be confirmed via phone call, text message, or email. We recommend confirming your appointment 24 hours in advance.
Access to Property
You must ensure that we have proper access to the areas requiring cleaning services. An adult (18 years or older) must be present at the start of the service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. We request that you provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
No-Shows
If we arrive at the scheduled time and location and are unable to access the property or complete the service due to circumstances within your control, you may be charged a trip fee.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, and checks. All prices are estimates and may vary based on the actual condition and size of the area to be cleaned.
Service Guarantee
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion, and we will work to resolve the issue.
Please note that while we use professional-grade equipment and techniques, we cannot guarantee the removal of all stains, odors, or damage that existed prior to our service. We will assess the condition before beginning work and inform you of any limitations.
Liability
California Steam Co. is fully insured and licensed. We take every precaution to protect your property during service. In the unlikely event of damage caused by our negligence, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
We are not liable for damage to items that are worn, previously damaged, or improperly maintained. We recommend removing or securing valuable and fragile items before our arrival.
Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about the areas to be cleaned
- Inform us of any known stains, damage, or special concerns
- Remove or secure valuable, fragile, or personal items
- Ensure pets are secured during service
- Provide adequate parking and access to the property
- Notify us of any health or safety concerns (e.g., mold, asbestos)
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve the matter. Any disputes that cannot be resolved directly shall be governed by the laws of the State of California and resolved in Orange County, California.
